Huawei opens new division to start supplying companies with telecom equipment and IT service, according to a March 8, 2011 report by the Financial Times. Huawei is projected to restructure itself into three divisions. It is reported that the first division will focus on equipment supply to network operators, the second division will concentrate on mobile phone manufacturing, and the third division will emphasize on equipment and IT service supply to corporations. Huawei aims to win US$ four billion orders with companies worldwide, including US companies, in 2011. Huawei said that the company also plans to offer cloud computing services in collaboration with network operators, according to the same source.
